Begum Waheeda Wasiuddin, the spouse of the late Lt Gen Khwaja Wasiuddin, has passed away at the age of 92 in Maryland, USA, as announced in a press statement. She is survived by three sons, one daughter, grandchildren, and various relatives.
The funeral prayers, known as namaz-e-janaza, will take place today following the Zohr prayers at Dilkusha Masjid located in Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka, upon the arrival of her body.
The family has appealed for prayers for the eternal peace of the departed soul.
