As of now, the status page reflects the incident as “unresolved” and mentions “elevated errors” occurring across the platform.
Data from Downdetector reveals that user complaints started emerging from 5:23 PM Bangladesh time on March 2, reaching a peak of 3,888 reports at 10:08 AM on March 3.
Users trying to access Claude are met with an error message assuring them that the service will be restored soon, acknowledging the current temporary disruption and requesting users to check back later.
Anthropic has not disclosed an estimated timeframe for the restoration of service.
