Channel i has unveiled an exclusive selection of movie premieres for the upcoming Eid celebrations, showcasing six brand-new films scheduled to be broadcast over six consecutive days.
The lineup comprises “Antaratma”, “Daagi”, “Priyo Maloti”, “Insaaf”, “Mon Je Bojhe Na”, and “Jinn Three”. Each film will air daily at 10:15 am starting from Eid day.
Kicking off the schedule on Eid day is “Antaratma”, starring Shakib Khan alongside Kolkata-based actress Darshana Banik, directed by Wazed Ali Sumon.
On the following day, viewers can enjoy “Daagi”, a film that saw its release during last year’s Eid-ul-Fitr, featuring Afran Nisho and Tama Mirza in their second collaboration, under the direction of Shihab Shaheen.
The third day will showcase “Priyo Maloti”, the debut film of Mehazabien Chowdhury, based on a true story and directed by Shankha Dasgupta. Mehazabien takes on the role of Maloti Rani Das alongside Azad Abul Kalam, Rizvi Rizu, Momena Chowdhury, and Samu Chowdhury.
Following that, on the fourth day, viewers can tune in to “Insaaf”, starring Sariful Razz and Tasnia Farin, directed by Sanjoy Somadder.
The fifth day’s highlight will be the television premiere of “Mon Je Bojhe Na”, featuring Arifin Shuvoo and Tama Mirza in lead roles.
The special movie marathon will draw to a close with “Jinn Three”, helmed by Kamruzzaman Roman. As the third installment of the “Jinn” series, this horror film delves into themes of relationships, love, and family ties, with Abdun Noor Sajal and Nusraat Faria Mazhar in starring roles.
