“Modhuban Cineplex Set to Reopen With Shakib Khan’s ‘Prince’ for Eid”

Date:

After being closed for an extended period due to a lack of films, Modhuban Cineplex, a modern cinema hall in Bogura, is gearing up to reopen just in time for the upcoming Eid season. The theatre is scheduled to resume operations with the screening of “Prince,” a movie featuring Shakib Khan.

Officials from Modhuban Cineplex recently announced that the cinema hall, which had ceased operations due to financial difficulties, is now preparing for a fresh start. By showcasing “Prince” during Eid, they aim to rejuvenate the theatre and attract movie enthusiasts once more.

However, they acknowledge the challenges of relying solely on local films released during the two Eid festivals given the current conditions of the country’s film industry.

Owner of Modhuban Cineplex, RM Yunus Rubel expressed optimism about screening “Prince” and emphasized the importance of support from the new government. He stressed that alongside quality local productions, regular access to foreign movies is crucial to avoid setbacks.

Director of the cineplex, SM Yunus Rohan, highlighted that the decision to resume operations considers the well-being of their staff and the preferences of moviegoers. He assured that all arrangements are being made to welcome cinema aficionados during Eid-ul-Fitr.

Previously converted into a community center due to sustained losses, the announcement of the cinema’s reopening has reignited enthusiasm among the employees and staff.

Shajahan, a long-time employee with 50 years of service, expressed relief and optimism at the prospect of regaining employment after a period of uncertainty.

With Eid on the horizon, hopes are high among all involved that the festive ambiance will once again grace the Modhuban premises, leaving behind the challenges of the past.
