ABM Abdus Sattar Named Prime Minister’s Principal Secretary

Former secretary ABM Abdus Sattar has been designated as the principal secretary to the prime minister on a contractual basis for a period of one year. The Ministry of Public Administration released an official notice regarding this appointment recently. Having held significant positions in the civil service previously, Sattar is set to take on the top administrative position in the Prime Minister’s Office. His most recent role was as the private secretary to BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman before assuming this new position.
