Bangladeshi star Chanchal Chowdhury recently shared that he was initially offered a role in the movie “Khadaan” starring Dev. However, he had to decline the opportunity due to scheduling conflicts. Chanchal, who works in both Dhaka and Kolkata, recently finished filming for “Shekor” in India under the direction of Bratya Basu. Despite collaborating with various prominent personalities in the Kolkata film industry, he has not yet worked alongside Indian actor Dev.
During a recent interview, Chanchal revealed that he had received two offers to work with Dev, one of which was for “Khadaan”. Unfortunately, due to time constraints and prior commitments, he had to turn down both offers. Chanchal expressed regret over missing the chance and mentioned that Dev might still harbor some disappointment about it. The two actors have met multiple times at festivals in both their home countries and abroad, discussing the prospect of collaborating.
Chanchal mentioned that they both are eager to work together, and in their latest meeting, he assured Dev that they would eventually collaborate on a project. In other news, Chanchal Chowdhury is gearing up to appear in the upcoming film “Bonolota Express” and will also feature in “Shasti”, directed by Leesa Gazi, where he will share the screen with Pori Moni.
