Deepto Television is gearing up for the 13th National Parliamentary Election with an extensive two-day special programming lineup designed to provide viewers nationwide with up-to-the-minute updates, analysis, and results.
Zakia Sultana, the media spokesperson for Deepto TV, revealed that the channel’s election coverage will unfold over election day (February 12) and the subsequent day. The programming will include live news bulletins, in-depth talk shows, and continuous digital updates all under the banner of Deepto News.
On the day of the election, special news bulletins will kick off at 7:00 am and will air hourly throughout the day. Additionally, viewers can tune in to various live talk shows. Notably, from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm, audiences can catch the special program “Election All Day,” featuring prominent political analysts, university professors, and seasoned journalists discussing voter turnout, campaign dynamics, and happenings at polling stations.
Later in the evening, from 10:30 pm to 2:00 am, Deepto TV will broadcast another special talk show titled “The People’s Verdict,” where senior analysts will delve into live results, emerging trends, and immediate political repercussions. The broadcast will include live results, expert analysis, and breaking news updates throughout the night.
The coverage will extend to the day following the election, with special bulletins scheduled from 7:00 am onward, alongside regular news programming. At 11:30 pm, a dedicated post-election talk show, “Public Expectations,” will air, featuring renowned political scientists, senior journalists, and political figures reflecting on the election results and future political landscape.
In addition to television coverage, Deepto’s digital platforms and Deepto News portal will play a pivotal role. Continuous live streaming on Facebook and YouTube will provide minute-by-minute updates, breaking news, and on-the-ground reports on election day and the subsequent day. Real-time information on voter turnout, polling conditions, alleged irregularities, and public reactions will be shared.
As election results are announced, Deepto News will present seat-by-seat outcomes, party standings, and voting statistics through infographics, photo cards, and visual data presentations. Expert opinions, analytical reports, and trending election-related topics will also be highlighted across digital platforms.
