A new horror movie titled “Djinner Bachcha” is scheduled to premiere on Chorki on February 19. Marketed as a Chorki exclusive, the film presents a suspenseful narrative centered on the mysterious appearance of a jinn’s offspring in a human home.
The film is helmed by acclaimed actor Mostafizur Noor Imran, marking his directorial debut. Produced by Methodica Creation in collaboration with Master Communications, the project’s trailer hints at a psychological horror story that delves into fear from an unconventional perspective, promising viewers “a horror beyond imagination.”
Featuring a talented ensemble cast that includes Mousumi Hamid, Azad Abul Kalam, Sarker Raunak Ripon, Anowarul Haque, Adrijeet Mondol, Ribon Khandaker, Rajeeb Hossain, and Shakkhar Kundu Dip, the movie offers a compelling lineup of performances.
The screenplay for “Djinner Bachcha” is crafted by Shakkhar Kundu Dip, with Rajeeb Hossain handling the script. Mohibullah Shanto takes charge of cinematography, while Md Linkon manages editing and color grading. Sound design is overseen by Nazmul Chowdhury, with music composition by E K Majumder Eshty.
Scheduled for exclusive streaming on Chorki starting Thursday, “Djinner Bachcha” joins the platform’s expanding collection of original Bangladeshi horror content.
