Eastern Bank PLC (EBL) recently recognized 52 SME women entrepreneurs who demonstrated exemplary loan repayment under the Small Enterprise Refinance Scheme for Women Entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurs received incentives from Bangladesh Bank as part of the initiative. The ceremony took place at EBL’s Chattogram office and was attended by EBL’s Head of Asset Salekeen Ibrahim and Branch Area Head – Chattogram Mesbah Uddin Ahmed.
