An official from the Iranian military announced today that their forces have attacked a US-owned oil tanker in the Gulf region, causing it to catch fire. Ebrahim Zolfaghari, the spokesperson for the military’s central headquarters, reported the incident on state TV, stating that the targeted oil tanker, situated close to the Kuwait borders, is currently ablaze.
