Hollywood actor Jason Momoa has showered compliments on Bollywood legend Shah Rukh Khan, lauding him as a “gentleman” and going as far as to declare him a “superior actor and performer.”

Their initial brush with global limelight occurred in 2019 during a shared moment at the Joy Awards in Saudi Arabia, alongside Jackie Chan and Jean-Claude Van Damme. Since then, Momoa and Shah Rukh have had several encounters, with a recent rendezvous in Saudi Arabia.

During a discussion about his upcoming movie “The Wrecking Crew,” co-starring Dave Bautista, Momoa shared insights with Indian media outlet Pinkvilla about his interactions with the Indian superstar.

“He’s quite attractive. Very attractive indeed,” Momoa expressed warmly when Shah Rukh was mentioned. Recalling their conversations, he emphasized the mutual respect they hold for each other’s craft.

“He’s truly a kind-hearted person. A complete gentleman,” Momoa remarked. “His acting skills and performance surpass mine. It’s a mutual admiration.”

Momoa’s acting journey kicked off with “Baywatch: Hawaii” in 1999, followed by roles in “Stargate Atlantis.” His breakthrough role as Khal Drogo in “Game of Thrones” propelled him to worldwide recognition, leading to his portrayal of “Aquaman” in the DC Extended Universe, encompassing “Justice League” and his solo “Aquaman” films.

Recent endeavors include appearances in series like “Frontier,” “See,” and “Chief of War,” as well as roles in major blockbusters like “Dune” and “Fast X.” Momoa is also lined up to play “Lobo” in “Supergirl” as part of James Gunn’s revamped DC Universe.

On the other hand, Shah Rukh Khan continues to be one of the most esteemed and internationally acclaimed figures in Indian cinema. With a career spanning more than three decades, he has delivered numerous blockbuster hits and secured a National Film Award for Best Actor. Currently, he is preparing for the release of his upcoming film “King,” featuring his daughter Suhana Khan and scheduled for a Christmas debut this year.

Momoa’s genuine appreciation once again underscores the mutual admiration between two of the globe’s most prominent cinematic figures.
