To celebrate the onset of spring and International Valentine’s Day, three prominent television channels have launched special programming filled with love and color. Maasranga Television kicks off the festivities with its popular morning show “Ranga Shokal” at 7 am. The episode features the American couple Jacob Berlin and Joya Berlin, sharing their stories of identity, friendship, love, marriage, and experiences in Bangladesh.
Following this, at 9 am, the romantic film “Bhalobasha Express,” starring Shakib Khan and Apu Biswas, will be broadcast. The evening lineup includes the romantic drama “Brishtir Ghran” at 8 pm, directed by Tarek Rahman and featuring Prantar Dastidar and Bonne Hassan. Actress Shobnom Bubly will also make a guest appearance on “Behind the Fame with RRK” at 9 pm.
Meanwhile, Bangladesh Television (BTV) has prepared a vibrant schedule to celebrate the arrival of spring and the essence of romance. Musical programs take center stage throughout the day. A musical show produced by Ershad Hossain will be aired at 12:45 pm. At 5 pm, a program presented by Hasan Chowdhury and produced by Mahbuba Jemin will showcase performances by various artists.
At 9 pm, viewers can enjoy the special drama “Boshonto Eshe Gechhe,” written by Rezaur Rahman Ijaz and produced by Monirul Hasan. The drama features a star-studded cast including Dolly Zahur, Azam Khan, Salman Arafat, Naushin Nahar, Sheikh Swapna, Shafiqul Alam Babu, and Shiuli Shila.
The musical extravaganza continues at 10 pm with the program “Bhalobashi Tai Bhalobese Jai,” produced by Afroza Sultana and hosted by Adhora Jahan. The program will feature performances by various renowned artists.
For the younger audience, Duronto TV has organized a special dance program called “Boshonto Batashe,” airing at 8 am and 6 pm. Child performers will dance to songs by Baul legend Shah Abdul Karim, paying a colorful tribute to spring.
