Xpert secures ISO 9001:2015 certification

Xpert, a brand of Ajwah Tech, has achieved the ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system, according to a press release issued on Wednesday, April 1. The certification was awarded following an evaluation of the company’s operational processes, quality standards and continuous improvement practices.

Through this certification, Xpert has become the only brand in Bangladesh’s electronic gadgets and mobile accessories sector to obtain ISO 9001:2015, an internationally recognised standard for quality management systems.

ISO 9001:2015 enables organisations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining consistent product and service quality and improving customer satisfaction. Under this standard, companies are required to follow structured processes, monitor service quality and ensure continuous improvement in operations.

According to the certification scope, Ajwah Tech’s activities include the design of electronic gadgets, OEM product development, branding and retail of mobile accessories. The company follows defined procedures across product development, production, branding and distribution stages.

Habib Monsur, founder and managing director of Ajwah Tech, said the certification reflects the company’s commitment to maintaining quality, reliability and international standards. He added that Xpert has ensured ISO-certified quality across its product range and will continue to maintain these standards in the future.

Xpert offers a range of products including smartwatches, neckbands, speakers, wireless headphones, power banks and chargers. These products are marketed through retail channels across the country.
