The organization, in a statement released recently, highlighted a noticeable increase in public airing of personal conflicts among its members. The notice, bearing the signatures of president Azad Abul Kalam and general secretary Rashed Mamun Apu, stressed the importance of maintaining professionalism and resolving disputes through internal channels rather than public platforms.
