The Election Commission announced that the final updated voter list will be released on May 14. In an official statement signed by Senior Assistant Secretary Md Nasir Uddin Chowdhury, the EC detailed the schedule for the upcoming publication.
According to the announcement, individuals who submitted voter registration applications after November 24, 2025, and were born on or before January 1, 2008, will be included in the finalized list. Registrations completed by March 31 will also be incorporated into the voter roll set to be disclosed next month.
Furthermore, the EC mentioned that the draft voter list is scheduled for publication on April 20. Applicants will have until May 3 to request corrections, transfer their voting districts, or report deceased individuals on the list. The EC aims to address these appeals by May 6.
