The renowned Israeli creator of the popular espionage series “Tehran” was discovered deceased in a hotel room in Athens, as confirmed by Greek law enforcement authorities. The individual, identified as Dana Eden, aged 52, was found following unsuccessful attempts by a family member to contact her.
Authorities are currently conducting an investigation into the incident, which is being classified as a suicide based on available evidence and statements provided. During the examination of the scene, Greek investigators located pills, and a coroner noted the presence of neck bruises on the deceased.
In response to the tragic event, the international production company Donna and Shula Productions expressed deep sorrow for the loss, emphasizing that reports suggesting a criminal or politically motivated death are inaccurate and unsubstantiated. The company urged both the media and the public to avoid spreading unconfirmed information.
According to reports from the Israeli media outlet Kan, Eden was in Greece working on the production of the fourth season of the series “Tehran.”
