Sonali Bank PLC has recently unveiled its new branch in Madaripur, named Dasar branch, marking its 1,235th branch opening as per an official announcement. The inauguration of the branch was a collaborative effort between Md Shawkat Ali Khan, the managing director and chief executive officer of the bank, and Khandaker Mashukur Rahman, the administrator of the district council in Madaripur.
A special function was organized by the bank to celebrate the establishment of the branch at the Dasar Upazila Parishad conference room. The inauguration ceremony was overseen by Md Tangimul Islam, the general manager (in-charge) of the bank’s General Manager’s Office in Faridpur. Additionally, Md Abu Sayed, the deputy managing director of the bank, graced the occasion as a distinguished guest.
The event was attended by various bank officials and representatives from diverse communities, making it a momentous occasion for the local area.
