Seven migrants from sub-Saharan Africa were discovered deceased on a beach located to the east of Tripoli, the capital of Libya, as confirmed by a worker from the Libyan Red Crescent in a statement to AFP on Sunday. The group included three children, and it is believed that there may be additional deceased migrants yet to be located. The circumstances surrounding the migrants’ deaths have not been disclosed by the Libyan Red Crescent. They released a statement indicating that they recovered seven bodies of irregular migrants at a beach in Qasr Al-Akhyar. The bodies were found on Saturday night at Qasr al-Akhyar.
