Iran Condemns Israeli Attacks on Lebanon, Backs Peace Talks

Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian denounced Israeli attacks on Lebanon today, stating that they breach the ceasefire deal and could undermine ongoing peace talks. Pezeshkian affirmed Iran’s continued support for the Lebanese population. These remarks follow Israel’s recent intense bombardment in Lebanon, marking the deadliest assaults since the conflict with Hezbollah erupted a month ago, resulting in over 250 casualties.
